By creating and supporting village savings and loan associations (VSLAs) with the help of trained Private Service Providers, the program aims to improve financial access, economic resilience, and social well-being. C4ED conducted a randomized control trial to measure program impact, combining household surveys and qualitative research to understand outcomes across key subgroups, including gender and refugee status.
